• Our Cruise Dept Opening Hours are : Monday to Friday  -    9 am to 6 pm
                                                                       Saturday                -    9 am to 1 pm
• Alternatively, if customers can send via Booking Forms as shown above.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A deposit of 10% of the per person fare is required within 72 hours of reservation to confirm a booking.
• Cruises document and airline tickets will be sent to guests after receipt of final payment and required guest information, approximately 25 days prior to departure.
• Cancellations & Refunds

  120-91 days prior to initial sailing dates	$200 administration fee per person
  90-60 days prior to initial sailing dates	10% of the fare per person
  59-30 days prior to initial sailing dates	25% of the fare per person
  29-15 days prior to initial sailing dates	50% of the fare per person
  14-0 days prior to initial sailing dates or non-appearance at the time of sailing	100% of the fare per person

• All refund are subject to incurred costs for hotel, air and ground services where applicable. Within 60 days,
  a 100% cancellation fee will apply to air, land and hotel programs. Radisson Seven Seas are unable to provide refunds for lost tickets,
  tickets not used (in whole or in part) or for Guests failing to bring travel and health documents.
• All cruise fares are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Final payment of the Cruise Fare must be received ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled departure of the Vessel or scheduled air transportation when included, subject to changes in the Cruise Fare which may be affected at any time up to thirty (30) days prior to scheduled departure and any increases in Prepaid Charges in effect at the time of sailing. Company reserves the right to collect any such increased cruise fare and/or Prepaid Charges at the time of sailing.

• Prices shown are in US dollars unless it is indicated in other currencies
• Prices are subject to surcharges during Peak season and Holiday season
• Prices and sales terms are subject to change without prior notice
• Prices  published or provided are excluding of taxes and levies unless otherwise specified
• Prices published are an ''invitation to treat'' and does not constitute an offer by Misa Travel
• Misa Travel Staff may provide advisory information but cannot undertake any responsibility or liability for any changes of information
• Misa Travel will not be responsible for any errors or omission regarding prices or other information
• Prices published is ''indicative only'' and are not deemed to be binding on Misa Travel
• Upon receiving your enquiry, Misa Travel will check and re-confirm the prices with the Tour Operator before advising you of the price
• Prices are guaranteed upon issuance of the room voucher full payment have been acknowledged and accepted
• Misa Travel reserves the right to terminate any bookings and transactions
