Braubach, cruising the romantic Rhine River, Rüdesheim
Awaken to the sights of the Rhine, including the famous Lorelei Rock and, at the confluence of the Moselle and Rhine rivers, German Corner, with its monument to Emperor William II. Then take a leisurely stroll in lovely Braubach, a charming town with many timber-framed houses, before your visit to Marksburg Castle, a beautiful fortress that is one of the prime structures of the Rhinegau. Later, enjoy the area’s natural and cultural highlights from the perfect vantage point of your ship’s panoramic deck as your journey takes you toward Rüdesheim along one of the most beautiful sections of the Rhine—the scenic 40 miles of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley.
