Operation Hours ~ 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Min 6 pax & Max 10 pax at S$75.00 per person + 15% Service Charge
• A penalty charge of S$40.00 per person if any confirmed bookings is cancelled after 10:00 AM on Monday
• Reservations will be on a " First come, first serve basis ", by calling the outlet directly
• Each course will be served at a different outlets ( Includes food & beverage ), as below :
 
Bellini – Assorted canapés & a glass of sparkling wine. Introduction by F&B Director & Executive Chef.
Samurai – Appetizer & Soup with a glass white wine
Noble House – Entrée & a glass of white wine
Palazzo – Souffle Dessert, petit fours, a glass of red wine and port wine, coffee or tea
  After dinner, a 'Certificate of Attendance' will be presented by F&B Director & Executive Chef

• Venue: Teppanyaki 1 & Sushi counter
• Reservations will be on a " first come, first serve basis " at Samurai during operation hours till Tuesday at 8:00 PM
• Fees includes: A glass of fruit punch, food tasting & a " Certificate of Attendance "
  After the cooking class, a " Certificate of Attendance " will be presented to all participants
Weekly BBQ Dinner Parthenon Pool
• International Buffet consisting of salad section, bakery section, hot dishes, grilled section and wok station.
• Attractive selection of desserts available. Entertainment provided by Cruise department. Additional activities like ice carving, bottle juggling by barman and singing waitress/chef provided by F&B.
• Valid on every Mon & Sat evening.

• Daily Chef's Recommendation at Special Price: Fresh Lobster at SGD13.80 per 100 gms. Guest can select cooking method required.

• Seafood Teppan Course at SGD.58.00 per person. Unagi Foguora Course Set at 48.00 SGD per person.

• BBQ Steamboat Buffet at SGD19.80 per pax with either a glass of draught beer or fresh fruit juice. Wide selection of fresh seafood, meats and vegetables. Choice of either Tom Yam or Chicken Stock.
