•	All valid passports must have at least 6 months validity from the actual day of sailing.
•	Passenger for pregnant women will be permitted before their 24 weeks of pregnancy.
•	Foreigners working or studying in Singapore must submit their "GREEN CARD" (Work Permit, Employment Pass or Student Pass) together with their passports.
•	For those "Social visit pass" (tourist visa). Must submit their "White Immigration Card" together with their passports.
•	ALL Nationalities must use valid International Passports for check-in.
•	Permanent Residents - Passport must come with valid PR endorsement stamp inside.

2. Mag Card / Baording Pass
•	Mag Card is used as a charge card, a key card and a boarding pass.
•	Please keep your Mag card Safely. You will need to use the card upon embarking and disembarking at ports and disembarking at ports and also present it to collect your passport on arrival at your final destination.
•	Please remember to bring along your Mag Card for all meals.

3. Boarding
•	Before boarding, you will be required to show your passport & Mag Card. The passport will be retained until disembarkation.

4. Star Navigator (Ship's Program Sheet)
•	Please refer to the day's Star Navigator (program sheet) for all restaurants' opening hours and program highlight of the day. Star Navigator is placed in your cabin or you may pick it up from the Reception Counter at Deck 7.

5. Non-Chargeable (Inclusive Restaurants)

6. Gala Dinner (For Sunday Departures only)

	*Note:
	~ Dress Code : Elegant casual, no shorts or open-toed footwear is allowed. All garment for gentlemen must come with a collar. ~ Please make dinner reservation on Sunday at The Lido (Deck 7). ~ Timing and Venue are subject to change. ~ Reservation is required for Gala Dinner (Please refer to Star Navigator).

7. Non-Chargeable Usage of Facilities & Shows

8. Child Care Centre
•	No In-cabin babysitting onboard to be advertised/promoted (any individual request will be met on case-by-case basis)
•	Any request for 1 on 1 child supervision will be advised to drop child in the childcare centre, as per normal
•	Total children in the Childcare to be limited to max 25 (8 children per crew / 3 crew on duty most of the time)
	*Note:
	~ During school holidays, there will be other fringe activities conducted outside the CCC to cater to higher demand for kids’ programme.

9. More Information
•	Currency used onboard is Singapore Dollars.
•	At disembarkation, please ensure all outstanding bills are cleared before retrieving your passport.
•	All drinks that are ordered from any waiter / waitress at all F&B Outlets are chargeable.
•	Please note all heating devices such as iron, cooking plate, water heater, etc. are prohibited onboard the cruise.
•	Star Cruises reserves the right to refuse any passengers whose condition is not made known to the cruise line prior to sailing and shall not be required to refund any portion of the cruise fare paid by these passengers. Subject to Star Cruises terms and conditions.

10. What to Pack
•	With average year-round temperatures of about 30 degrees Celsius, Star Cruises recommends that your clients pack lightweight summer clothes, with a light sweater or jacket for air-conditioned interiors.
•	For shore visits, casual dress and comfortable walking shoes are appropriate . Visits to mosques and temples may require them to wear a hat or scarf. Of course, a swimsuit, sunglasses, sunscreen lotion and a beach towel is a must. They should bring sportswear or gym gear if they are planning to play golf or work out, and definitely a camera.
•	Onboard SuperStar Virgo, elegant casual dress is suitable for most occasions. For gala nights on board however, a lounge suit or jacket and tie for men, and a cocktail dress for ladies are necessary. It is preferred that shorts not be worn in any of food and beverage outlets. Proper footwear must be worn in all public places and on the pool deck. Facilities are available on the pool deck for passengers to change into their swim wear.
