Terms and Conditions • All Booking are subject to Star Cruises Term & Conditions. • All Booking are subject to Fly Cruises Term & Conditions. • All fares are in Singapore Dollars and do not include Passenger handling Charges, Fuel Surcharge, Visa charges ( where applicable ),optional land tours fee and any other incidental charges • Offer is capacity controlled and subject to cabin availability • The special offer rate cannot be combined with other promotions and not applicable to any existing booking. • Single supplement pays 150% of Normal twin Share fare (Cruises Only) . • A Pregnant Women will only be allowed passage if she is less than 24 weeks pregnant at the time of Sailing. • Infant aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the cruise will be refused permission to board the ship. • Tickets must be issued on confirmed flights. No issuance on waitlist sector • Tickets are non-endorsable, non-reroutable, non-refundable and valid on CX flight/date shown only • Code share & open dated are not permitted • No waitlisting allowed • Tickets are non-refundable once issued • Flight/date change permitted before departure at S$125 per person per transaction.Once travel commences, no more further changes allowed • Stopover is strictly no stopover is allowed for one-way fare.Only one Bangkok stopover allowed with a surcharge of S$150 for entire routing • Mixed booking class travel on economy class is permitted on return route, on an original destinations basis. Apply half of each round trip fares based on the applicable booking class • FFP Mieage accrual - Asia Miles mileage Not allowed • Fares stated are applicable to Singaporeans, Foreigners holding employment pass, Permanent Resident ( PR ) or Work Permit holders status in Singapore only. ( Min 1 holder per cabin ) • Misa Travel / Star Cruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled Port of Call, Airlines & Hotel at any time and for whatever reasons without notice. • Cruise specified herein are governed by Misa Travel / Star Cruises’ Terms and Conditions which form part of the Passage Contract and are printed on the reverse side of the Reservation Form for which the reservation is made. • Any amendments made within 7 days or less prior to sailing will be considered as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply. • A S$50.00 administration fee (per person) will apply for any amendment and/or cancellation made to a booking after the confirmation has been issued within the promotion period. This fee is payable on top of any amendment/cancellation charges. • Cancellation Charge :   Days prior to sailing Cancellation Charges Per Person ( including child ) 45 and 30 days 50% of the Price 30 Days or less 100% of the Price • Star cruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call at any time and / or for any reason whatsoever without prior notice. • Ship Fuel Surcharge applies to all passengers including children and infants with effect from 18 Oct 2004. • Check-in commences 4 hours prior to scheduled sailing time. • Check-in location - Ocean terminal (level 2), Tsimshashui, Kowloon. Visa / Passport Requirements and Passage Restrictions • Only International Passport can be used and must have at least 6 months' validity from the date of sailing. Non - Singapore must attach their relevant permit, pass and immigration card, etc in their passport. • Any child whose travel document is attached to the parent's passport must travel with accompanying parent. Children below the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. • Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and entry visas ( Thailand / Malaysia / Singapore ) are in order prior to departure from their home country. Visa and immigration regulations vary depending on the travel destinations and nationalities of the passengers. • Star Cruises reserves the right to refuse embarkation to any passenger whose medical condition is not made known during reservation or prior to sailing, and shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare paid by the aforementioned passenger. • No refund will be made to passengers who are denied embarkation for non-compliance of immigration requirements. • Non-Singaporean must attach their relevant permit, pass and immigration card etc in their passport. • Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Laos passport holders are also Free Visa for Cambodia. • Star Cruise Reservation will manually control and override the visa fees to zero if you receive booking with child under 12 years old. • NOTICE : Kindly be advised that Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore has clarified that MRP ( Malaysian Restricted Passport ) holders are only allowed for travel between Singapore and Malaysia. Therefore, with effect from 1st June 2004, Malaysians booked on weekend cruise which departs on Friday shall be required to produce their Malaysian International passports during check-in.
