Terms and Conditions • All Booking are subject to Star Cruises Term & Conditions. • All fares are in Singapore Dollars and do not include Passenger handling Charges, Fuel Surcharge, Visa charges ( where applicable ),optional land tours fee and any other incidental charges • Offer is capacity controlled and subject to cabin availability • The special offer rate cannot be combined with other promotions and not applicable to any existing booking. • Single occupancy Not Applicable. • Minimum of 2 pax per cabin. • Infant fare is 25% of Normal Twin Share fare upon 2 full paying paxs. • All oversized hand baggage will be required to check-in by passengers at the International Passenger Terminal (IPT) baggage check-in counters located at level 1 and 2. (Acceptable hand luggage size is NO larger than 55cm x 40cm x 20cm) • A Pregnant Women will only be allowed passage if she is less than 24 weeks pregnant at the time of Sailing. • Infant aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the cruise will be refused permission to board the ship. • Please note maximum 4 passengers for Inside / Oceanview Stateroom with Window and maximum 3 adults or 2 adults 2 child for ocean view stateroom with Balcony. The 3rd & 4th person (refer to child) must be accompanied by 2 adult for AC - BC cabins . • Infant fare has to be either 3rd / 4th pax after 2 full paying accompanying passengers. • Worldcard member is eligible to claim points onboard only. • Price quoted are subject to change without prior notice and subject to availability of the date of each sailing date. • Offer cannot be used in conjuntion with any other promotional offers, partial / full redamtin of points, gift vouchers etc.   Offer is valid for the above stated departure dates only.. • Fares stated are applicable to Singaporeans, Foreigners holding employment pass, Permanent Resident ( PR ) or Work Permit holders status in Singapore only. ( Min 1 holder per cabin ) • Any amendments made within 7 days or less prior to sailing will be considered as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply. • A S$50.00 administration fee (per person) will apply for any amendment and/or cancellation made to a booking after the confirmation has been issued within the promotion period. This fee is payable on top of any amendment/cancellation charges. • Requests made after promotion / Star Savers ( Star Saver 60 days, Star Saver 45 days ) expired, prevailing fare will apply as per Amendment Policy. For instance : * name change ( at least 1 name remain unchanged ) * change of departure date * downgrading of cabin category * change of vessel • Cancellation Fee :   Days prior to sailing Cancellation Charges 30 days or more S$120 per cabin 14 days or more 25% of Full Fare 8 days to 13 days 50% of Full Fare 7 days or less 100% of Full Fare Peak Season 100% Of Full Fare No show / no written Notice 100% of Full Fare • Star cruises reserves the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call at any time and / or for any reason whatsoever without prior notice. • Ship Fuel Surcharge applies to all passengers including children and infants with effect from 18 Oct 2004. • Check-in commences 4 hours prior to scheduled sailing time. • Check-in location - 1 Maritime Square, Harbour Front Centre ( Formerly World Trade Centre ) Level 2, Singapore 099253. Visa / Passport Requirements and Passage Restrictions • Only International Passport can be used and must have at least 6 months' validity from the date of sailing. Non - Singapore must attach their relevant permit, pass and immigration card, etc in their passport. • Any child whose travel document is attached to the parent's passport must travel with accompanying parent. Children below the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. • Passengers are responsible to ensure that all travel documents and entry visas ( Thailand / Malaysia / Singapore ) are in order prior to departure from their home country. Visa and immigration regulations vary depending on the travel destinations and nationalities of the passengers. • Star Cruises reserves the right to refuse embarkation to any passenger whose medical condition is not made known during reservation or prior to sailing, and shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare paid by the aforementioned passenger. • No refund will be made to passengers who are denied embarkation for non-compliance of immigration requirements. • Non-Singaporean must attach their relevant permit, pass and immigration card etc in their passport. • Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Laos passport holders are also Free Visa for Cambodia. • Star Cruise Reservation will manually control and override the visa fees to zero if you receive booking with child under 12 years old. • NOTICE : Kindly be advised that Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore has clarified that MRP ( Malaysian Restricted Passport ) holders are only allowed for travel between Singapore and Malaysia. Therefore, with effect from 1st June 2004, Malaysians booked on weekend cruise which departs on Friday shall be required to produce their Malaysian International passports during check-in.
