• Our Cruise Dept Opening Hours are : Monday to Friday  -    9 am to 6 pm
                                                                       Saturday                -    9 am to 1 pm
• Alternatively, if customers can send via Booking Forms as shown above.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Sailing Date : 17 Sep 08
• Please read the Things to know before you go
• The fares are subject to change without prior.
• Fares are in U.S. dollars per person, based on double occupancy.
• Early Bird Rate applicable only when payment received 90 days prior departure.
• Price includes : 7 nights cruise accommodation, meals, entertainment and  access to facilities.
• Airfare is not included and no air credit is available.
• Fares does not include passport / visa fees, government fee, shore excursions, priced beverages & wine onboard and any sundry expenses such as laundry, gratuities, phone calls, photography and travel insurance etc.
• Cabin assignment is subject to the confirmation of MISA Travel, and on best available basis.
• Cabin assignment based on run - of -the -house and subject to the confirmation of MSC Cruise and on best available basis.
• Passengers should have valid traveling visa (S). MISA Travel will not be liable for any consequences due to visa issue.
• Government taxes and fees are additional and subject to change.
• A fuel surcharge of $5.00 per person per day, will be added to the cruise fare.
• Misa Travel reserves the rights to alter the term & Confirmation of MSC Cruises and on best available basis.
• Cancellations and Refunds :

  Days prior to sailing	Cancellation charge
  61 days or more	Forfeit  Deposit
  46 days to 60 days	50% of Full Fare
  31days to 45 days	80% of Full Fare
  30 days or less	100% of Full Fare

• A US$100 administration fee (Per person) will be charged for changes made to booking after confirmation is issued, this fee excludes cancellation fees.

• MSC Cruises do not refund in the event of  "no shows ", or interruption or cancellation by the guest after the start of the cruise. the purchase of trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

• MSC Cruises is unable to provide refunds for lost tickets, tickets not  used (in whole or in part), or for Passengers failing to provide valid  health & travel documents with valid visas as required.

• Timetables and rates are subject to change, and exceptions may apply for holiday sailings, Deposit payment and cancellation terms differ for group bookings, please confirm payment and cancellation policies with MISA travel.

SALES TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Prices shown are in US dollars unless it is indicated in other currencies
• Prices and ticketing conditions are subject to change without prior notice
• Prices are subject to surcharges during peak and holidays period
• Customers have to undertake entire responsibility to ensure that they have meet fully with a Entry Visa(s)
  requirements of the Countries or destination that they are traveling to.
• Customers are requested to kindly check directly with the country embassies concerned to ensure fully Entry Visas Compliance
• All prices displayed or provided are indicative only and are not deemed to be binding on Misa Travel
  until full payment have been acknowledged and accepted by Misa Travel.
• All prices displayed is an "invitation to treat" and does not constitute an offer by Misa Travel.
• Misa Travel reserves the right to terminate any booking or transaction and refund any collected money (if any) to the customer.
• Misa travel Staff may provide advisory information but cannot undertake any responsibility or liability for any changes in information.
• All prices exclude airport taxes and other mandatory entry or exit taxes to be paid by passengers
• Any bookings or issue of tickets is subject to acceptance by Misa Travel
• Misa Travel will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or commissions regarding prices or other information.
